How Many Practice Questions Should I Do Before Attempting CWDP-305?

    Hey everyone,

I've been studying for the CWDP-305 for about six weeks now and I think I'm getting close to ready but honestly I'm not sure how to tell. I went through the study guide, watched some videos, and I've been doing practice questions here and there.

But my big question is how many practice questions is actually enough before booking the exam?

So far I've done around 150–200 questions across a few different websites and I'm scoring somewhere between 75–80%. I came across Study4Exam recently and their CWNPCWDP-305 practice questions have been pretty helpful the questions feel close to the real thing and the explanations actually make sense when you get something wrong.

Some of the topics I've been focusing on:

    • RF Site Survey: understanding when to use predictive vs manual surveys and how to place APs based on the environment

    • Coverage and Capacity Planning: figuring out how many APs you need and how to design for both data and voice

    • Channel Planning: choosing the right channels across 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz and avoiding interference

    • Roaming Design: making sure clients move between APs smoothly without dropping connections

    • WLAN Security: things like WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS setup, and guest network design

    • Outdoor and Mesh Networks: link design, antenna selection, and Fresnel zone basics

    • Network Infrastructure: controller vs cloud-managed design, PoE planning, and switch configuration
I feel okay on most of these but I still get tripped up on the scenario-based questions where two answers seem equally correct.

So my question is getting 75–80% at 150–200 questions good enough to book the exam? Should I aim for 500 questions? Does the score percentage even matter more than the number of questions done?

I would love to hear from people who have already passed. How did you know you were ready?
